By accessing, browsing, purchasing, and using the website www.shunsky.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), all users, buyers, and customers fully acknowledge, understand, and agree to accept and abide by this Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability. This policy is legally binding and constitutes an integral part of our Terms of Service and Sales Agreement.

2. General “As Is” Website Disclaimer

- Warranties that product pictures, colors, and display effects will be 100% consistent with physical products.
3. Furniture Product Specific Disclaimer (Core Industry Clause)
Our website mainly sells household and commercial furniture products, including tables, chairs, cabinets, storage furniture and supporting furniture accessories. The following industry-specific risks are fully exempted:
3.1 Color & Texture Difference Disclaimer
Due to differences in shooting light, camera equipment, display screen resolution, monitor color calibration, and ambient lighting of the user’s environment, slight color difference, texture difference, and gloss difference between the product pictures and physical goods are normal and non-defective phenomena. Such differences do not constitute product quality problems, and Shunsky assumes no liability for returns, compensation or disputes caused by individual color perception differences.
3.2 Size & Manual Measurement Error Disclaimer
All product size data on the website is manually measured and for reference only. A normal manual measurement error of±1-3cm is allowed for furniture products. Such minor dimensional errors will not affect normal use and do not belong to defective products. We shall not be liable for disputes arising from individual strict size requirements.
3.3 Assembly & Installation Risk Disclaimer
Most furniture products require self-assembly by customers. Shunsky provides standard assembly instructions, but we do not provide on-site installation services by default. Any personal injury, product deformation, structural damage, or part damage caused by unstandard assembly, wrong installation, forced assembly, or unauthorized structural modification by users shall be borne solely by the customer. Shunsky will not bear any compensation liability.
3.4 Normal Use Wear & Tear Disclaimer
During daily use of furniture, normal wear and tear including surface scratch, paint fading, metal oxidation, cushion aging, wood texture change caused by long-term use, humidity, temperature change and daily friction are normal consumption phenomena. These conditions are not included in the product quality warranty scope, and we assume no relevant liability.
4. Transportation & Delivery Disclaimer
Shunsky cooperates with third-party international logistics and freight forwarding companies. We are responsible for standard packaging before shipment, but we do not control the transportation process.
We shall not be liable for minor scratches, extrusion marks, package damage or slight deformation caused by long-distance transportation, transshipment, and third-party logistics operations. For obvious severe damage during transportation, customers shall file claims with the local logistics carrier in accordance with international logistics rules.
5. User Usage Risk & Safety Exemption
Customers shall use all furniture products within the specified load-bearing range and usage scenario. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or property losses caused by the following behaviors:
- Overloading tables, chairs and cabinets beyond the rated load-bearing capacity;
- Improper placement, violent collision, man-made damage, and long-term use in humid, high-temperature or corrosive environments;
- Disassembly, transformation, secondary processing of product structure without official permission;
- Improper daily maintenance leading to product damage or safety hazards.
6. Pricing & Information Error Disclaimer
We reserve the right to modify, update and correct website content at any time. Typographical errors, pricing errors, parameter errors, picture mismatches, and out-of-stock information on the website do not constitute valid contractual commitments. We have the right to cancel erroneous orders, adjust prices and update product information without prior notice, and shall not bear any additional compensation liability.
7. Third-Party Platform Exemption
The website may contain links to third-party logistics platforms, payment channels, social media and partner websites. Shunsky has no control over the content, security, service rules and product quality of third-party platforms. 8. Limitation of Liability (Legal Protection Clause)
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable international and local laws, Shunsky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including but not limited to profit loss, business interruption, time cost loss, mental damage and indirect economic loss caused by product use or website access.
In any case where statutory liability cannot be exempted, our maximum total compensation liability shall not exceed the actual payment amount of the disputed product order.
9. Force Majeure Exemption
Shunsky shall not be liable for order delays, delivery failures, product specification changes or service interruptions caused by force majeure events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, war, policy adjustments, customs inspection changes, international logistics suspension, factory production shutdowns and other uncontrollable factors.
10. Intellectual Property Disclaimer
All texts, pictures, videos, design drawings, logos and graphic works on www.shunsky.com are protected by intellectual property rights. No individual or enterprise may copy, reproduce, modify, disseminate or use them for commercial purposes without our written authorization.
